Today is my youngest brother’s 40th birthday.
He’s a person who puts words into action. He’s one of the strongest people I know, a devoted father and reliable friend. He earns trust wherever he goes in part because he operates with such calm competence. Yet he carries burdens with a special needs child, a child whom we aunts and uncles and grandparents all love dearly, but whom my brother supports and makes sacrifices for in every fathomable way. I do not know how I would shoulder his load, and I find myself inspired how he finds fresh energy every day.
I discovered a small company called Dude. Be Nice that also puts words into action. They may be one of the most underrated channels on youtube. I like their mission and the things they are doing to accomplish it.
